In case the holder of personal data -through communication with the client or by himself/herself- wishes to initiate a claim for correction, update or deletion of data, he/she must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the claim has been initiated, the "Form for rectification, update or suppression of personal data" will be sent to the data owner or the client, where the identification of the data owner, the description of the facts that give rise to the claim, the address, and accompanying documents proving its veracity, if applicable, must be included and sent.
If the claim is not justified, this situation will be communicated in a reasoned manner within a period of five (5) days. If, on the other hand, the claim is incomplete, the interested party will be required within five (5) days after receipt of the claim to correct the faults. After two (2) months from the date of the requirement, without the applicant submitting the required information, it will be understood that the claim has been abandoned.
The maximum term to address the claim will be thirty (30) days from the day following the date of receipt. When it is not possible to address the claim within such term, the interested party shall be informed of the reasons for the delay and the date on which the claim will be addressed, which may not exceed thirty (30) days following the expiration of the first term.
