Engage also supports multimedia type message templates (MTMs), and to use this option you need to take into account that the structure of the CSV changes.
MTMs have four parts: Header, Body, Footer and Buttons.
1 - Whenever your model has a variable in any of these parts, the .CSV header (the first line) will appear like this example:
[header_var_1, body_var_1, body_var_n, footer_var_1, button_var_1]
2 - In addition, if the header contains any media (image, video or document), the .CSV header will be displayed according to this example:
header_url_image, header_url_video or header_url_ pdf, where the next lines of the CSV should contain public urls for the corresponding media.

*Note: the media must be in .JPEG (images), MP4 (video) and PDF (Document) format.
How do I insert a template with media?
1 - Select a media type template in the 'Create Campaign': Then click the 'Proceed' button.

2 - In 'Load audience' click on the option 'Download example file'.

3 - Then, in the spreadsheet that will be downloaded, insert the requested data. In this example, you should enter the phone number of the person who will receive the templates (with country and city codes), public urls (according to the media chosen), text and/or number that will be inserted in the variable(s).

4 - After filling out the .CSV it is time to load it into Engage.

5 - To complete this action, click the checkbox (terms and conditions) and click the 'Start Campaign' button.

That's it! At the end of these steps, the user will receive the media type template. See the example:
