You can configure the entire appearance of your Help from the Channel Manager under Settings on the left-hand side of the platform. You can configure the following fields:
- Channel name
- Application:
- Public: Enable or disable the indexing of the knowledge base in Google; in other words, whether the content of your Help appears in the search results.
- Domain: The URL address of your Help, which will be written in the following format: www.name.aivohelp.com.
- Google analytics key (To obtain it, sign into your Google Analytics account > Go to ADMIN > select ACCOUNT > select PROPERTY > click TRACKING INFO > click TRACKING CODE).
- Appearance:
- Most frequent: Enable the most frequent questions category, creating a section on the front page of Help with the five articles most consulted by users during the last 30 days.
- Enable or disable header
- Edit title
- Edit sub-title
- Search bar message: Define what the placeholder of the search bar will say; for example: Write your question here.
- Add a brand image (the supported formats are PNG, JPG and GIF and the maximum size is 1 MB)
- Color
- Favicon: You can edit the icon that is seen in the window tab. Just ask your CSM or support to change it for you.
