The channel token is used to authenticate an existing channel on the Live Platform. This electronic key is unique and may be needed at some times, such as when you want to add the bot in an app. There are several ways to get the channel token:
1. By accessing Settings and then Channels. Choose a channel and access the editing pencil.

The URL of the channel you choose has the token. For example:
https://my.aivo.co/channels/edit/113c09e754e7daf4e4145b01a1cd5df7
2. In the case of Canal Web, it is also in the installation script. For example:
