To add line breaks in WhatsApp you need to format the text as follows on the platform between one paragraph and another:
- Text
- Enter
- Enter New Text
After this change, WhatsApp will display messages this way:
When there are enumerated items, then the process is changed:
- Enumerated item and the accompanying text
- Enter + space key
- Enter
Enter + enumerated item and the accompanying text
Please note: When you publish this "formatting" of the space between paragraphs in these enumerated options, if you click again to edit, the formatting does not hold. But, make no mistake, the formatting is as you just set it up for the WhatsApp channel. The important thing is that the WhatsApp channel is formatted and more readable for the end user.
