Proactivity API

This API allows you to execute the sending of messages to WhatsApp via Smooch. Below is the expected behavior flow:

Procedure:

The client asks Aivo for access to the APIGateway with a user and password.

The client sends a post to the Proactivity API with the client's WhatsApp phone number, the name or ID of the template, and the parameters positioned in order (for example: order number, delivery date, order status, etc.).  Important: the template must be previously verified with WhatsApp via Smooch.

This action can provoke the successful sending of the message or fail according to WhatsApp's restrictions. For more information, click here. Once submitted, the information will be saved in a repository for future statistics.

Considerations:

This service will only work with Smooch and with the AIVO account.

For now, statistics will be generated outside of the platform.

The client will receive the endpoint, the user and the password to access APIGateway and shoot the messages.

The implementation will depend on the resources that the client possesses to obtain the telephone numbers and dynamic information of the messages. This process can be executed from the client or develop an integration with the Aivo Customer Success Integrations team that executes the action.

The user will receive the message if it is executed within 24 hours of their last interaction with the bot.
