Reports according to the type of survey

All reports are displayed according to the date period you select and the filters applied. The scores are ordered in descending order, starting from the intention that most punishes the customer experience. 


You can download them in data template format. If you request it, you will receive it in your email in .zip format. 

 

NPS

Intention: name of the intention

Intention NPS

Number of detractors: it is the sum of all the times the intention obtained scores ranging from 0 to 6. 

Percentage of detractors 

Number of neutrals: is the sum of all the times the intention obtained scores ranging from 7 to 8.

Percentage of Neutrals 

Number of promoters: is the sum of all the times the intention obtained scores ranging from 9 to 10.

Percentage of promoters 

Satisfaction Score: the score is expressed from -100 to 100. The -100 is the value with the highest negative scores. 

Test Intention: opens the test chat with the answer of the intention.

Edit Intention: allows you to access the intention to edit its content. In the case that the intention no longer exists because it has been deleted, you will see a pop up message with the legend "Intention not found".  

 

BINARY

Intention: name of the intention

Positive: number of positive surveys

Percent Positive 

Negative: number of negative surveys

STARS

Star rating: in the downloadable you can see in detail the ratings by intention.

CSAT

CSAT: by intention 

Number of negatives: sum of all the times the intention got grades that are 1 and 2.

Rate of negatives

Number of neutrals: sum of all times the intention was rated 3.

Rate of Neutrals 

Number of positives: sum of all the times the intention was rated 4 and 5.
