Intention: name of the intention

Number of detractors: it is the sum of all the times the intention obtained scores ranging from 0 to 6.
Percentage of detractors
Number of neutrals: is the sum of all the times the intention obtained scores ranging from 7 to 8.
Percentage of Neutrals
Number of promoters: is the sum of all the times the intention obtained scores ranging from 9 to 10.
Percentage of promoters
Satisfaction Score: the score is expressed from -100 to 100. The -100 is the value with the highest negative scores.
Test Intention: opens the test chat with the answer of the intention.
Edit Intention: allows you to access the intention to edit its content. In the case that the intention no longer exists because it has been deleted, you will see a pop up message with the legend "Intention not found".
