Satisfaction module filters

Under Satisfaction, you can apply the following filters:

- Date and date range: in addition to entering a date in the format "from" and "to" (by clicking on this option, a calendar opens that allows you to select the dates), you can also choose general date ranges, such as yesterday, this week, previous week, last 30 days, this month, previous month, this quarter, previous quarter, this year.

- Channels: filters the information according to the available service channels.

- Condition: displays the data according to the conditions of the virtual agent.

- Tag: allows the selection and analysis of any of the themes handled during the interaction with the virtual agent.

- Media: filters the information according to the channel created. That is, for each available web window or for each configured Facebook Messenger page.
