If at any time you cannot see changes that have been recently applied to the Aivo platform, try logging in from an incognito window, or you can clear your browser's cache. This will update the data you need to view.
- In Chrome you can clear cache as follows:
1. Enter the three dots in the browser bar at the top right.
2. Select "More Tools".
3. Click "Clear Browsing Data.
4. Check the "Files and images cached" option.
5. Finish the action by pressing the "Clear data" button.
- In Edge you can clear cache as follows:
1. Enter the three dots on the top right of the browser bar.
2. Click "Favorites" and then "History".
3. Select "Clear History.
4. Check the "Data and cached files" option.
5. Finish the action by pressing the "Delete" button.
- In Mozilla Firefox you can clear cache as follows:
1. Enter the three lines in the browser bar at the top right.
2. Click "Options" and then "Privacy and Security".
3. Under "Cookies and Site Data" Select "Clear Data.
4. Select the option "Cached Web Content".
5. Finish the action by pressing the "Delete" button.
Important: remember to save and publish the changes beforehand. Also check the internet connection status and exit and re-enter the platform if necessary.
