Transfers module filters

Charts can be downloaded as a PNG file.

- Date and date range: in addition to entering a date in the format "from" and "to" (by clicking on this option, a calendar opens that allows you to select the dates), you can also choose general date ranges, such as yesterday, this week, previous week, last 30 days, this month, previous month, this quarter, previous quarter, this year.

- Frequency: groups the statistics by hour, day, week, month and year (depending on the selected period, there will be frequencies that will not be available).

- Channel: filters the information according to the available service channels.

- Condition: displays the data according to the conditions of the virtual agent.

- Media: filters the information according to the created channel. That is, for each available web window or for each configured Facebook Messenger page.

- Resolution: filters the service according to the way the service is finished. It can be: evasive, response, negative feedback, equal responses.

- Tag: allows the selection and analysis of any of the themes dealt with during the interaction with the virtual agent.

- Feedback: organizes the answers according to the feedback that your interactions received. Remember that each session can have more than one feedback.

- Device: informs if the transfers were initiated by phone, tablet, desktop computer, robot (from Facebook Messenger) or other (unrecognized devices).

- Source URL: allows you to filter downloads by source URL.

- Country and city: allows you to know the country and/or city where the transfers originated. The location is obtained from the user's IP.

- Transfer (derivation) type: filters the transfers according to the departments to which the sessions were transferred. For example: Sales, Customer Service, etc.

It is worth mentioning that the selected filters will be maintained when changing modules.

Important: Filters only apply to the platform. When downloading reports in .CSV they will not be applied.
