The circuit is simple. Users will contact your organization's contact number, and once they connect with the Voice services, they will be able to make their queries and receive answers using voice, through the intervention of STT (Speech To Text) technologies that allow transcription process with an effectiveness of ≈ 90% and TTS (Text To Speech), which converts text to speech, thus reaching a high level of accuracy.
In turn, Voice draws on the knowledge stored in the Agentbot platform, achieving fluid interactions thanks to Aivo's conversational engine that understands and resolves instantly.
2. The user's audio is processed using the STT (Speech To Text) services.
3. The obtained text is sent to AgentBot as input, giving a response in real-time.
4. The response text is converted to audio using TTS services and that audio is played to the user. In this way, Voice understands the intentions and responds through a natural language.
