What are answer complements?

Once you have uploaded the answer to your intention, you can add answer complements, or answer tools. These are used to deliver a comprehensive and friendly solution to customers. By using these, you can display your content in a more attractive way and solve several queries more effectively and faster.

There are different types of answer complements. You can add them by clicking on the “Complements” tab and then on “+Add”. The following options will appear:

- Cobrowsing

- iFrame

- Carousel

- Buttons

- PDF

- Transfer

- Feelings

- Webview

- Zendesk Forms
