What are buttons for?

Buttons have two possible functions:

To direct the customer’s inquiry by giving two or more options to continue with their query in a personalized way. For example:

Customer: “I want to increase my Internet speed”

AgentBot: “You can increase your Internet speed at any time. How many Mb would you like to have?”

Button 1: “I want 6 Mb”

Button 2: “I want 10 Mb”

To show content related to the question asked, to give customers access to all the information available on the subject. For example:

Customer: “Where is Colón theater?”

AgentBot: “Colón theater is located at Cerrito 628 in Buenos Aires.”

Button 1: “How do I buy tickets for the theater?”

Button 2: “Which buses go to the theater?”

Button 3: “What are the times of the guided tours?”
