What are the filters in the Analytics section?

In order to organize the large amount of data available in the Analytics section, you will have a complete set of filters at your disposal. These will help you focus on the information you are interested in analyzing.

Not only can you filter by date, but each module of the Analytics section features different options that allow you to crosscheck data and evaluate the behavior of your virtual assistant depending on the support channel, or by looking at a particular tag, an established condition, or medium, amongst other variables.
