To perform the integration with Genesys Cloud V1 and/or Genesys Cloud V2, you must inform Aivo of the following data:
For integration with Genesys Cloud V1:
- organizationId
- deploymentId
- queueName
- regionDomain
For integration with Genesys Cloud V2 (Open Messaging):
- Client ID
- Secret ID
- PureCloud login URL
- Integration ID
- Conversation Start Message
- Unattended timeout time (for cases where agents are unable to attend to a user, the user can continue conversing with the bot instead of being put on hold indefinitely)
To get the necessary data, you must have an account at: https://login.mypurecloud.com/.
