What are the requirements for Pure Cloud integration?

To perform the integration with Genesys Cloud V1 and/or Genesys Cloud V2, you must inform Aivo of the following data:

For integration with Genesys Cloud V1:

  1. organizationId
  2. deploymentId
  3. queueName
  4. regionDomain

For integration with Genesys Cloud V2 (Open Messaging):

  1. Client ID
  2. Secret ID
  3. PureCloud login URL
  4. Integration ID
  5. Conversation Start Message
  6. Unattended timeout time (for cases where agents are unable to attend to a user, the user can continue conversing with the bot instead of being put on hold indefinitely)

To get the necessary data, you must have an account at: https://login.mypurecloud.com/.
