What are Triggers and how to configure them?

🚀Triggers are used to announce something you want your users to know before starting a dialog with the bot.

You can set from what moment they appear on the screen, they will be displayed as a GIF or image (500KB) and when you click on it, the chat window will automatically open answering a question from your knowledge base that you have linked it to.

☝ ️Important: Please note that triggers are not compatible with the Zendesk window and are only compatible with the WEB channel.
