What Chat module indicators can be seen?

The Chat report shows a history of all the sessions that users have had with the virtual assistant. Through this report, you will be able to see in detail what and how the customer typed his query and what was the specific answer delivered by the agent, including the add-ons that were presented during the session.

In addition, if you are simultaneously using the Live platform, within the chat history, you can see the user's path between the AgentBot and Live.

💡 In the reading, you will be able to analyze how the session developed and obtain context and sequence specific information. This will allow you to think about improvements related to the way in which users usually talk to the bot, and make the session more natural and fluid.
