What data can be analyzed in the Interactions module?

What is an interaction?

An interaction is every question generated by the user and responded by the AgentBot.

What interaction indicators can I see?

Once the desired analysis filters are selected (see Filters article) the tool will display various indicators.

The interactions box is the indicator that sums up all interactions during the selected period. It also shows the comparison with the same previous period as a percentage. If positive, the percentage is shown in green color. If negative, it will be shown in red.

In another box, you will be able to see the number and percentage of interactions that received an answer from the virtual assistant.

The number of sessions from the same selected period is shown to review the difference between these and the number of interactions (See: What is the difference between session and interaction?)
