What data can be analyzed in the Tags module?

What is a tag?

A tag is the category used to identify the intention. It helps organize your content by topic and is used to describe the content or simply differentiate it from other intentions with other tags.

In the Analytics section, you can see statistics filtered by tags and learn what your users are asking and which are the topics that prompt more interactions.

What do I see in the Tags module?

This module provides data about the behavior of the tags assigned to the intentions of the virtual agent. In a quadrangular chart, tag and sub-tag are grouped in a box with the same color.

When you click on any of these boxes, you can see intention details for that tag as well as the number of interactions in the analyzed period.

Charts can be downloaded as a PNG file. These are updated every half hour.

If you modify, create or delete a label or change the label of any intention, this process is not retroactive, that is, it will not modify graphics of previous dates in the label module.

Important: If you want to analyze the intentions related to the tags, you must extract the chat report.
