According to the particularities of the channel, the buttons can be displayed in two ways, depending on some parameters:
1) They can be displayed numerically, being able to select the desired option by entering the corresponding number:
Important: Lines that use the Zendesk infrastructure do not have the buttons in the button format itself. In this case, the complement "buttons" will always be displayed in an enumerated form, as in the example above.
2) They can be displayed as buttons if they meet the following parameters:
a. Each button must have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 words.
b. It is possible to place a minimum of 1 button and a maximum of 3 buttons.
c. The title text inside the button must be less than 20 characters (counting spaces). Only alphanumeric characters without punctuation are supported.
Note: When inserting text inside the button, make sure that there is NO space at the end of the inserted text.
d. The value of the button (or matching question form) must not be longer than 256 characters (counting spaces).
Note: The value of the button (or form of question that matches another intent) must not be the same as another button in the same button group.
e. The button-shaped buttons appear on lines that use our infrastructure, following the conditions mentioned above.
Important: Buttons that include links will not be displayed in WhatsApp, nor does it display them horizontally.
