What information I receive on the reports sent to my email?

By default, you will receive weekly and monthly reports in the email that you've registered on the Live Platform. It contains the following information:

- Number of sessions.

- Number of transfers per channel.

- Average time.

- Feedback.

- Number of interactions with the response.

- Main tags.

- Number of conversations per channel.

- Main tags.

- Number of conversations per channel.

Important: If you're not interested in receiving these reports, you can disable this option. Learn how to do so here. 

Which sessions are in the reports?

Weekly reports are sent every Monday at 9am, while the monthly reports are sent on the first day of each month at the same time.

The weekly report covers sessions from Monday through Sunday until 11:59:59 PM

The monthly report covers conversations up to the last day of the month until 11:59pm. 

Important: There may be a difference in the number of final sessions on asynchronous channels such as Whatsapp or Facebook. Sessions can last up to 24 hours.
