The Aivo app allows you to create customized forms and associate them to questions in your virtual assistant.
You can create two types of forms:
- Case: Form about cases (queries, complaints, technical issues).
- Lead: Form to develop leads and contact possible customers who may be interested in your products.
Each has a variety of fields you can select based on the information you need to gather in your form (see article "How can I create a form on the AgentBot app?").
When your virtual assistant answers a certain question with a form, all the information that users enter will be updated in Salesforce in the corresponding module (Service for case forms and Sales for lead forms).
That way, both platforms will be integrated to gather the information you need and you can work on it from Salesforce according to your own workflow.
