What is an evasive answer?

When the chatbot does not find an answer to a user's inquiry, either because it does not have such content or because that Way to Ask is not loaded to the platform, it answers using an evasive answer message.

It is good practice to apologize for the missing information using a message such as the following: “I'm sorry, I don't have an answer to that question. Maybe if you write it in another way I will understand you better”, or “I'm sorry, I don't have that information”.
