What is GDPR?

When we refer to GDPR, we're talking about the General Data Protection Regulation. It's the European regulation that deals with how personal data is protected, and the free flow of that data.

On Aivo's platform, the GDPR option is enabled on different service channels, complying with the definitions of this regulation. Before the AgentBot conversation starts, the customer is asked to consent to the storage of personal data, adhering to the Privacy Policy.

To enable or disable the GDPR, go to Settings, then Channels. Choose the desired channel and enable/disable this feature.
