Help was created because companies needed to unify and manage their knowledge in a simple way. It allows you to create content from the AgentBot platform in HTML format to make documentation available through a search engine or website.
You can add articles for each question with AgentBot’s Content Manager. These have a rich text editor and you can add multimedia tools such as images, videos from URLs, tables and hyperlinks.
You can also use the same answers you have uploaded to your Knowledge as Help articles.
To create and manage content, the user appointed to perform the task will be assigned a Help center role.
