With the Satisfaction Survey you will be able to ask for more detailed feedback from your users, choosing different types of feedback and providing the option to leave a comment. The Satisfaction Survey will be activated when you close the chat window when the service with the Virtual Assistant is over.
Once implemented you will be able to analyze the results in the Satisfaction section within Analytics and visualize the comments linked to the conversations in the Chat Report.
The type of feedback allowed is: Binary, CSAT, Stars or NPS.
The survey will not be executed if the conversation ends with human attention.
