This section contains all unresolved interactions, namely, all intentions made by users that received evasive answers, either because the virtual assistant does not have the answer or because the user’s query does not correspond to any of the uploaded Ways to Ask.

This tool will help you learn from your users and enrich the content of your virtual agent by creating new intentions, meanings or Ways to Ask. This information is updated every hour.
