After creating users (See “How can I create a user?”), they must be assigned the permissions they will have in each instance. Keep in mind that some permissions are exclusive to a particular solution. There are no minimum or maximum limits on user permissions, but compatibility among them needs to be checked.
The roles for AgentBot may be:
Announcements: allows the user to manage the bot's ads. If the user only has this permission, he will not be able to perform any action within the platform.
Content: you will have access to Knowledge section to create, edit or remove intentions there. You will also be able to use Training section and test chat.
Account Manager:This option should always be checked/checked to make sure that other permissions work correctly. This way, possible errors related to the other selected permissions are avoided.
Training: you will have access to Training section.
Statistics: you will have access to Analytics section.
Administrator: you will be able to set up the application (labels, messages, integrations) and manage channels, users and groups.
Help Center: you will be allowed to set up and manage the knowledge base content.
Billing: this permission will soon be deactivated from the platform, since the others already include all permissions needed to use the platform.
Aivo Studio: To access Aivo Studio, it is only necessary that the user has permission to the MyAivo platform. That is, by accessing the MyAivo platform the user will also be able to access the Aivo Studio platform.
