When AgentBot suggests another intention within the answer, it is because the intention – as expressed by the user – does not coincide with any of the ways of asking you have specified in your content. When faced with this situation, the Virtual Assistant gives an answer or an evasive and also suggests the intention most frequently related to the topic of the query.
This happens because, even though the Bot did not identify the exact intention, it recognized a relevant product or word while trying to understand and is then able to ask clarifying questions related to the original query.
