Why is the Trigger not appearing on my website?

If you created a trigger and when you finish the configuration you can't see it on your website, make sure:

  1. The image is less than 500 kb.
  2. The format must be GIF, PNG or JPG.
  3. The URL is entered correctly (with "http") and identical to the url where it will be used. We recommend doing a Copy/Paste of it from the browser to MyAivo.
  4. There is no active trigger on that URL. Remember that you can configure different triggers for different URLs of your site but there can only be one trigger per URL.
  5. The channel script is embedded in the HTML of the URL where you want the trigger to appear.
  6. Configure the dwell time is important, this is the time that the user must be in the URL until the ad appears. Check that it is not too long, we suggest between 2 and 10 seconds.
  7. Always remember to save the changes.
  8. Always set the trigger as "enabled". Simply click on the Status button.
